Kids bowl two games free... every week!

So I was flipping through my BH&G magazine (a Des Moines-produced publication, BTW), and I saw this news items for kidsbowlfree.com.

Supposedly, the website included a directory of alleys where kids could bowl two games free every week. Knowing my luck, I was certain Iowa would either not be listed or would only have alleys in Mt. Ayr or somewhere even farther away.

 

But to my suprise, there are actually two metro bowling alleys listed as participants in the program. Yea!

You have to sign up to receive coupons for the free bowling, but they apparently come right to your email on the Sunday before the free week. The only "catches" I can tell at this point are that parents who want to bowl with their child have to pay (or you can sign up for a one-time parent fee of $24.95 that covers the entire free season), and you still have to pay for shoe rental.

 

Either way, seems like a pretty good deal to me, the mom of two major bowling lovers!
