- What is your favorite thing about raising kids in Des Moines?
- Des Moines is the perfect size community to raise children. It is large enough to have many unique venues. Yet small enough where often times you run into friends, neighbors, & meet new people as well. It's just very friendly.
- What's is the best kept secret in Des Moines
- The fact that pigs aren't running wild thru the streets of downtown! Or in some recent travels thruout the US, many are facinated by our skywalk system.

Hi,
I was just walking around my neighborhood with my kids & dogs when I happened to meet Kelly Moore. We talked about me re-opening a daycare just for infants in my home. She referred me to her fabulous website. Of which I promptly joined & sent on to my friends & posted it on my Facebook page too!
We live in West Des Moines, in the Maple Grove elementary school area & presently have just one daycare spot to fill. I only watch babies. I take them from 6 weeks of age up to 18 mon… Continue
