H1N1 and children

Many of the local hospitals are considering plans that will keep visitors out of the nursery when a baby is born. While we are all very eager to see a new baby, we have to remember that these types of rules are to protect the health of the newborn and mother. Eat at the Waukee Pizza Ranch to help the Urbandale Food Pantry/Caring Corps

On Monday, September 28, the Waukee Pizza Ranch (448 SE University Avenue) is donating 15% of their sales between 5:00-8:00 P.M. to the Urbandale Food Pantry and Urbandale Caring Corps. So I've become so ridiculous about coupon clipping lately. You should see my little plastic organizer... it's bursting at the seams. Then there are the coupon books that both my husband and I are suckers for. They are stuffed in the glove box, in the cabinet, in our wallets. But here's the kicker -- I never redeem them! Mondays

So far soooo good! :) Monday's aren't all bad... I'm having a great day and it feels nice for a Monday. The weekend was hectic.. Sugar Daddy worked literally ALL weekending leaving me and Sugar Snap to fend for ourselves. We managed through pretty good and Sugar Snap had me laughing up a storm most of the time. He's SO funny!
