I read someones review of sunroom escapes. I cannot believe it. I have a sunroom by sunroom escapes. It is HORRIBLE!!! Mistake after mistake after mistake. It took from Sept to Dec to get done and pass the city inspection. Some of the problems are still there. I am disgusted that I let this happen. I DO NOT enjoy the room. I do not invite friends over like I thought I would. I am very disappointed and embarrased. The salesmans name was Ron Williams. He now runs his own sunroom design company. Rons sunroom by designs or something like that. He sat in my kitchen and told my wife and I all we had to worry about was getting someone to carpet it. Not true. Too many problems to list. The owner should have stepped in and had the subcontracter fix all the problems before asking me to sign and pay. Called me nitpicky even though he still could not pass the city inspection. Wife cried. I am even more embarrased now that others know. If it stops one person from purchasing from this company that would make my day, until I walk into my sunroom that is.
